Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

In accordance with Law no. 144/2015 of 8 September, Herdade da Lapa, Lda informs guests that, in the event of a consumer dispute, they may have recourse to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.

ADR is an out-of-court mechanism for resolving disputes in a faster, simpler, and less costly manner than judicial proceedings. Use of ADR is voluntary.

Entity with national competence, covering municipalities not served by regional arbitration centres, including Arraiolos.
